the first day of Jana’s 7-day challenge.
You can do it! This is a piece of
cake right? Ok, ok poor choice of words.
Don't forget to log your
food. Be sure to pack some healthy
snacks with you for when you’re away from home and need a quick boost. This will help keep you on track to
success.
Here are 20 simple snack ideas:
1. Apple or banana with 2 tbsp almond butter or
peanut butter
2. 1c carrots and 2tbsp hummus
3. Handful of all natural almonds
4. 1/4c all natural walnuts
5. KIND Bars
6. 1c mixed berries (Strawberries,blueberries,
raspberries)
7. 1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt with nuts, fruit, or berries
8. 100 calorie bag all natural popcorn
9. Sugar free instant
pudding.
10. 1/2c low-fat cottage cheese with handful of fresh berries and ½
banana
11. 5 mini sweet peppers
12. 1/2c pistachios in shell
13. Banana, 1c kale & 1c almond milk smoothie
14. Whole fruit
15. Kale chips (homemade with
lemon pepper)
16. Boiled egg
17. ¼ avocado with cucumbers and cherry tomatoes in vinaigrette
dressing
18. Edamame
19. Canned tuna
20. Cheese slices or cheese sticks with smoked salmon
